THE SPRINGS — KAMARI BEACH, SANTORINI There are places where a culinary experience becomes much more than simply a meal. My experience at The Springs, one of the celebrated spots along Kamari Beach in Santorini, began with its extraordinary location. Just a few metres from the magnificent Aegean Sea, the atmosphere immediately captures you — the sea breeze, the sound of the waves and that unmistakable Santorini light create a setting where you almost feel the breath being taken away by the wind. But what impressed me most was not only the location. It was the attention to detail, the atmosphere and the care given to creating an experience for every guest. Kamari’s seafront is filled with restaurants, bars and nightlife, yet The Springs has something different. It has that special energy, that unmistakable feeling of being exactly where you want to be. For me, The Springs is not simply another place along Kamari Beach. It is the place to be. A beautiful combination of sea, cuisine, atmosphere and Santorini lifestyle — an experience to remember.
