They provide horrible customer service. I've E-Mailed them numerous time sand they only replied once. Then it was to tell me how busy they were and it would take time. I ended up losing the $50.00 in rewards I had. They are a ripoff and I wouldn't waste my time with them.

Shut down without notice and members with rewards are now unable to redeem. (I’ll assume financial problems?) Unfortunate a full 30 day notice couldn’t have been given. Definitely won’t bother with these kinds of rewards marketing startups in the future. Stick with rewards programs from your credit card companies - those won’t just disappear without notice.

It’s been two and a half weeks since I sent my email asking to review a reward. When I emailed a week later, I was told the emails would be answered in the order they are received. I emailed again the week and still no response. Either they have a huge backlog or they don’t care. Either way, I deleted my account. Wasn’t worth the hassle to get the reward. I do not recommend them at all. You will have issues with rewards, and customer service doesn’t care.
