Service was excellent, both outside and inside...salad bar was excellent, lettuce crisp, vegetables fresh...perch dinner ordered disappointing as I had about 5 bones in the first few bites (gave up) mashed potatoes not bad but gravy tasted from a jar, started to coagulate. Next time I'll just order salad bar. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

I am so glad that your service was good! Unfortunately, lake perch is a fish with bones and we can't change that. The mashed potatoes and gravy are homemade. Not sure what to say but will have a chat with chef and make sure he's aware. Hope to see you back soon.

Starting with the service, everyone was so polite and kind welcoming us in, and our server was top notch, i forget her name but she has a pixie/bob type hairstyle and an "i'll take care of you" attitude. she had great recommendations for the menu and was very knowledgeable. As for the food, everything was homemade. This is not some frozen sysco food. Our smoked pulled pork sandwiches were smoked in house and the potato salad was as good as your grandma's. Food prices: Not dirt cheap, but not expensive either. For the quality of the food it's a great deal. Atmosphere: amazing. We sat by the lake underneath the canopies and talked for hours. Though we didn't sit inside, it is well decorated and clean. Bathrooms are clean and nice as well. Springers is 50 minutes from home for me, but I'd be happy to return. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff are excellent. The food has improved in quality since my last visit. The restaurant is looking tired. The doors desperately need to be cleaned. They have a nice patio that looks out into the lake. It's early in the year so it will be probably be spruce up once it's warmer.
