After a walk around CEC Palace, many visitors stop by this restaurant. You can always enjoy nicely cooked falafels, pizza and pasta at Springtime. This place is known for good ale.
If you look through the guests' comments, the staff is efficient at this place. Terrific service is something visitors agree upon here. Prices are affordable for the quality you receive. From the visitors' viewpoint, the atmosphere is pretty. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

The food is ok, Not bad. But service is really weak. The price clearly show how much you need to pay for the menu, the lady charge you extra and when you ask what is the extra charge she cannot explain you, just she talks incoherently, unbelievable! Price per person: lei 20–40
