So disappointed with the new pools. They are small.... The "kids" pool is a total joke. Kids on top of each other- practicaly claustrophobic. I am horrified about the next round of renovations, which is to be more small pools and lots of concrete. It's as if whoever designed and approved this reno has no concept of how families and children play. Pointless. Fairmont pools are certainly going to be less family friendly for sure. And the staff is still as lackluster as always. Service: 1

The new pools are a welcome addition, unfortunately they have the indoor pools closed “indefinitely” because of the expansion. It’s much more a kid friendly resort but the new pools offer a nice adults only area. They tried to charge us for our kids “who are both under 4” as the high school kid working the counter said anyone 10 and under has to pay. Showed them their own sign that clearly shows 4 and under are free and they honored it. It’s a great hot spring for the location, not as upscale as others in the area (Broadwater) but if you have kids or just want a place to get off the interstate it’s a worthwhile stop to soak, golf, or relax. Love going to be able to camp at the Rv park too. Service: 1

We recently hosted a 30-person work training event at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—every staff member we interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our event run smoothly. Coordinating an event of our size can be challenging, but the resort team handled every detail with ease. They were organized, responsive, and flexible, ensuring that our group had everything we needed at all times. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and consistently high quality. On top of that, the restaurant staff were exceptional: friendly, efficient, and incredibly accommodating to our large group. Overall, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort provided the perfect setting for our training event. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it for both professional gatherings and personal getaways.
