if i could leave no stars i would they are not even deserving of this one star we ordered 2 creps and the was tortilla wraps not pancakes and when we phoned to bring this issue to their attention they put the phone down on us so we phoned back and he accused us of receiving the creps an hour prior to us phoning to complain when we had received our order not 5 minutes before we phoned do yourself a favour save your money and do not order from here

Rude, unhelpful and definitely no customer service skills is how i would describe this store and I will not be buying from here again! Ordered a mixture of desserts which never arrived. From the tracking we could see the delivery driver was on the next road, never came near our house. After 10 minutes we got a message saying enjoy your order! Called Sprinkles explained to them and was told by a young sounding lad “i just make the food, its not my problem”! I explained we ordered through their website so how was it not their problem, he spoke to the manager, who i was told can not speak good English by the lad, and the manager said they have no website! Clearly they do as that is how we found them. He then went on to tell me that Uber delivered my order but could not give me an order number and i have no correspondence from Uber. I have contacted them also but nothing is being done as we don’t have an order number. £30 stolen by people who don’t want to do their job honestly. The young lad told me to go in the store to see the manager. I went in the store there was 2 people i could see making things and around 10 men in there sat down. I was stood in there for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, the workers looked at me but never acknowledged me there so I left the store. Price per person: £20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
