Love going here and buying the fresh fruit and vegetables. No where like it locally, great coffee and selections of things you don’t even find at farm shops. Pricing is very fair for the quality and it’s like stepping back in time where service and hospitality are at the forefront.

I love this store when I come down to visit my partner's family. It is so aesthetically pleasing, with local products beautifully displayed, as well lovely florals & candles. They also sell cake & coffee in there which I always find delicious!

The fruit, vegetables and cakes at Sprout &Flower are superb. However, our experience with their flowers is another matter. I purchased some flowers for our Golden Wedding Anniversary for my wife which contained small yellow roses. Unfortunately, 24 hours later the roses had all turned over. When I went back to complain I was absolutely shocked that, rather than some form of apology, I was verbally attacked, so much for customer service. Poor show Sprout & Flower.

The roses in your bouquet were indeed floppy (it has been very hot the last few days!) An apology and replacement were offered, both of which were declined. I'm not sure what else I could have done to have appeased you? I'm sorry you felt it necessary to leave a such a negative review.
