No warm welcome. Felt rushed. When we asked about pastries, she motioned with her hands to what was on the front counter, "Just what's here!" It was candies and chips. When we asked about breakfast, she pointed to the back (around the corner from the front counter, "The menus there." We ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and a latte. It was okay.

I went here for lunch one day after a doctors appointment in the area, and I got a sub. It was not good. I was starving so I ate it all, but honestly I don't see myself going back and wish I never went honestly. There wasn't much flavor, I could've made a better sub.. I wish I just went home and did instead. Maybe they have other good things, but my sub just wasn't good at all. Come to think of it, my wife got something different and even said hers wasn't good either. Service was good that's the only reason I'm giving two stars. I personally wouldn't recommend this spot to anybody who wants good food. Healthy food can be good, but this just wasn't.

I am visiting for business in Bethesda, MD and came across Sprout Cafe. This is probably my new go to place for a healthy and tasty lunch. Located in Bethesda Towers it has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and tasty food. This is my first time here and I really liked it. I got the Asian Ginger Sprout Salad with Chicken (the ginger dressing, wow!) Forgive me as I forgot the name of my meal, but I've been enjoying my meal and the outdoor seating the past hour with wonderful music they play. I want to come back to this location when I am in town again. Thanks for delicious food, friendly staff, and a heartwarming environment. Sincerely, A VA resident.
