First, I want to thank you for sharing such a gorgeous image of that ornament we carry. What a stunning piece! But, no - we do not carry the same brands that are in the big conglomerate stores. We are a small business, and we invest in sourcing our products to find the most beautiful pieces. Even though we have items starting at 1.99, 2.99 & 3.99, we absolutely carry more luxurious and refined items and brands. As for reservations, our team informs all walk ins that our Christmas season runs this way. Even though we have the information posted online, social media, our receipts, the two 10 Ft banners at the entrance, the two signs before entering, we still let everyone know for future reference. This is not rude, they are doing their jobs. Our team is made up of the most wonderful people on this earth, and they deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. Walk ins are welcome; but, out of respect for those who pre-booked, if bookings are full guests may be asked to wait for an undetermined amount of time. Just like booking a reservation at a busy restaurant, without one, you may be asked to wait. Just like any business, we have peak times and quieter times. Reservations became necessary due to the volume of guests who attend each year and all the challenges that came along with it. We are open to any solutions you may have that would address all of the issues we were faced with. To be so offended, you must be able to provide us with a better plan that addresses every liability challenge we had. We are a small private business on private property, and guests are expected to follow the site rules and policies. We do however deeply apologize for missing taking a price tag off. We will never be able to please everyone. That’s impossible. But all the kind and caring messages being sent to us thanking us for all our hard work and creating a festive, joyous, and beautiful Christmas shopping experience, warms our hearts. Those are the people we do this for, and we are eternally grateful for the support from our incredible customers.
