Sprüngli is pretty near Observation Decks. It's a pleasant experience to try good croissants. Come to this cafe for great hot chocolate or delicious coffee.
Unfortunately, the staff is cheerful as many visitors note. If you want to experience enjoyable service, you should go to Sprüngli. A number of reviewers point out that the atmosphere is pleasant here. But most clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Very bad experience before I even walked in, service staff was extremely rude and unfriendly , if they can’t handle the customers they should not be working in the front line. Management should really take a look and review their attitudes. Even if the food is good, the service will definitely impact the quality of the whole experience.
