This is the Spud Ranch food truck. It is in an easy to access location with seating available in a food truck park setting. We ordered the Texas spus (a classic) and the brisket spud. The potatoes are Large and they stack the spuds with a lot of filling. It was hot, fresh, and always filling. If I am going to be driving by this area, I try to stop in. They are quick. The food is moderately priced, but worth it for the size/flavor. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

It was a cold windy night and I didn’t feel like leaving so I got spud ranch on wheels through Uber Eats and it was absolutely delicious. I got the traditional baked potato and a cheeseburger on Texas toast and I loved both. The potato was GIGANTIC. I put the plastic knife as a reference but if you ever looked at the price and may have been discouraged, trust me. You’re getting your moneys worth. the cheeseburger was spectacular. Even after the 20 minute delivery drive, the bread was still crispy and buttery. Will def get again but try a different potato next time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
