Vegetarian cuisine is a must-order one at this restaurant. Nicely cooked tomato basil soup, stuffed potatoes and potato salads have a good taste. Nothing can be better than trying good French toasts, bread pudding and chocolate cakes. It's nice to order delicious wine, draft beer or Mimosas. A lot of visitors highlight that you can have great lemonade, French coffee or ice tea at Spuds Waterfront Grill.

The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. If you want to enjoy prompt service, you should visit this place. Delicious food at reasonable prices are provided here. The pretty atmosphere is what this spot is about. This restaurant has received Google 4.5 according to the guests' opinions.

Very disappointing experience. We sat down on the patio to the right, not realizing it was attached to the neighboring restaurant (no signage, no chain blocking, and walkway leading directly to it) There was nothing that clearly indicated to us that we were sitting in the wrong area, so when the food runner came over, I politely apologized and was completely willing to move. Unfortunately, instead of simply explaining the situation, she yelled at us and told us, “You need you to get over now.” The tone was incredibly rude and made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I asked to speak with the manager because of how the situation was handled, but unfortunately, he didn’t seem particularly concerned or interested in addressing what had happened. We completely understand that we were in the wrong area and would have happily moved if someone had simply explained that to us respectfully. It was the unnecessary attitude and lack of customer service that really left a bad impression. Very disappointing experience, especially when a simple, polite interaction could have completely changed the situation. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch

I’ve been going to Spuds for over a decade each time I visit family in the area and I don’t know why I’ve never thought to write a review until now, because they’ve always deserved it. This is arguably the best place to eat in town and I always make the biggest point to make sure I eat here at least once each visit, even if we have a packed or complicated schedule. It’s that worth it! My favorite menu item is the twisted BLT and I’ve never had another like it. The Bacon is literally perfect and they aren’t stingy with it, which is so rare. The basal mayonnaise is SUCH an incredible touch that I didn’t know was so necessary! The bread holding it all together is so good and perfect ratio! It’s not overbearing nor is it underwhelming. AND IT DOESNT GET SOGGY. Each bite has a perfect ratio of each ingredient and it’s incredible! I wish we had a Spuds in my home town, because I would go there every day. If I had a personal plane I might even day trip up to Sandpoint to have lunch at Spuds and enjoy the beauty that is the rest of Sandpoint. The service is amazing and the staff are all so kind and attentive. I once ran into a staff that worked here when I was in the Coeur d’Alene Costco. Not only did she recognize my sister and I from our visit at spuds a couple days prior, but she was still so kind, which goes to show she was a genuinely kind person. And I’ve felt that about all of the staff there each time I go. The staff at Spuds don’t bother you by stopping by and checking in too much, but they definitely make sure you’re enjoying your time. Lastly, the view! They are perfectly placed with a beautiful waterfront view and they have an incredible outdoor seating area so you can enjoy the beautiful atmosphere that Sandpoint has to offer. Spuds is a 10/10 for me and my family and I will continue spreading this word to everyone looking for a good eatery, as I have been since the first time I stepped foot in the Spuds Waterfront Grill.
