This past year, the landlord and property administrator introduced a new $750 cleaning deposit requirement. While the property’s location is acceptable, the management has demonstrated a persistent lack of professionalism and integrity throughout my tenancy. Most concerningly, they leveraged an alleged cleanliness issue as a pretext to withhold my security deposit. This practice appears not only unreasonable but also deliberately exploitative, reflecting poorly on their credibility and raising serious concerns about their business ethics.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! They will raise your rent with very little warning, the music from Bistro Byronz is so loud and plays all day until 10pm, they will force you to pay for a professional cleaner upon moving out and still keep your deposit even if you got one. The elevator breaks down constantly and there is a bunch of termite damage. This place is insanely overpriced, $1800 for a 2BR, there’s zero amenities. There are much better apartments for less money down the street. I had high hopes for this place, truly a disappointment.

The condos at Square 46 should be avoided at all cost. Do not give these people your money. They frequently violate the lease agreements. They raise rent with no notice. They keep all security deposits. The elevators are frequently out of service. Only when legal action is threatened will they acknowledge the rights you have as a tenant under your lease agreement. Also the restaurants downstairs are exceptionally noisy until late at night. Other tenants have fled this place for these reasons
