Food and Service were okay. Surprisingly the final Bill includes 12.5 % service charge added to your total amount. I usually add tip based on performance of service. However, it is an added gratuity by the customer and not something the restaurant should collect as a mandatory fee. I could not see any hint in the menu card that finally you have to pay 12.5 % more. Hence, only two stars. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This is stated on our menu within the disclaimer alongside the allergen information, where it is described as discretionary and optional. It is also printed at the bottom of the bill, stating:“DISCRETIONARY 12.5% SERVICE CHARGE APPLIED WHEN DINING, WHICH IS SHARED BETWEEN ALL OUR STAFF.” The service charge is not mandatory and can be removed on request. The food is delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, while the staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. The piano bar adds a lovely touch to the experience, creating a relaxed and enjoyable setting. A wonderful place for a memorable meal and truly deserving of a five-star rating. Highly recommended!
