We had another Wonderful Meal at Square Palma! We visited before, so I was eager to try their brand-new menu when I heard the renewed it, and once again, Square Pama delivered an amazing experience! For my main course, I ordered the salmon with a pistachio crust, with a dill sauce, steamed vegetables, and mashed potatoes with olive oil. The salmon was cooked to like it needs to be, and the crunchy pistachios added a fantastic texture. The absolute star on the plate was for me also the olive oil mashed potato, it had a beautifully firm, smooth texture and super nice flavor. We wrapped up the meal with their homemade lemon cheesecake for dessert. It was light, creamy, and hit the exact right balance between sweet fresh and tangy. This new menu is proof that they keep getting growing in the best way possible. We’ll certainly be back for more! Keep up the good work. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
