We visited your horsley restaurant on Sunday, we’re looking at cake selection to see what we wanted, all of a sudden this blonde older staff members shouted aggressively at us go and sit down you order at the table, a very nice young man came and said sorry for the way she spoke to us, when you get to know her she is quite nice, we were there as customers not for abuse from you team member. We will not be returning to horsley again and will go back to your cobham nursery, staff there are always friendley and helpful.
