Besides Holy Cross Church, visit St Kilda Coffee in the vicinity. Come here and degust perfectly cooked fish, sandwiches and almond latte. The unique characteristic of this cafe is serving good chocolate chip cookies, biscuits and muffins. Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters offer good bitter. Great espresso, matcha or chai latte are worth a try here.

A great, small honest coffee shop. Grateful the InterContinental recommended St Kilda’s Enjoyed an Americano and carafe of drip plus brought a couple of bags of beans home to enjoy from afar. I had already killed some time at a cafe down the street. I was headed to Birdland and once I got there, realized I needed to kill some more time...what to do? Literally, cross the street and walk down into St Kilda Coffee! Super nice server behind the counter! Nice coffee options, with a small being pretty small, which really worked out for me as I had already been drinking coffee for the last two hours! Also, a small but excellent selection of vegan baked goods. I chose a tahini, chocolate chip cookie and it was truly fantastic, still thinking about it this morning! This is a small space, but I was lucky enough to find a seat to kill some more time at St Kilda's
