Il tavolo che il nostro personale vi aveva indicato era destinato ad essere sistemato immediatamente, mentre altri tavoli presenti in sala risultavano già prenotati per arrivi imminenti.In nessun momento c'è stata l'intenzione di imporre qualcosa o di essere scortesi: il nostro staff ha semplicemente cercato di gestire al meglio gli spazi e le prenotazioni della serata, come avviene normalmente in qualsiasi locale.Rispettiamo ogni opinione, ma riteniamo corretto precisare che il nostro personale ha agito con educazione e professionalità. Ci auguriamo che in futuro possiate rivalutare la vostra impressione. We are sorry to read this review, as it does not reflect what actually happened.The table our staff indicated was simply waiting to be cleaned and prepared, while other available tables in the room were already reserved for guests arriving shortly.At no point was anyone forced to sit anywhere, nor was there any intention to be rude. Our staff was simply managing the seating arrangements and reservations for the evening, as is normal in any busy pub or restaurant.We respect every customer's opinion, but we feel it is important to clarify that our team acted politely and professionally throughout the interaction.We hope you may reconsider your impression and perhaps give us another opportunity in the future.
