The team reached out in advance with a level of care that reflects a deep understanding of true hospitality—where comfort is curated, not merely delivered. The arrival experience was equally impeccable. I was received with warmth, precision, and a quiet elegance that defines the finest standards of service. A special acknowledgment must be extended to the Guest Experience Manager, Ms. Roza, whose presence and attention to detail elevated the experience immediately. Beyond a gracious suite upgrade, she took the time to personally guide me through the hotel, thoughtfully introducing its spaces and tailoring every detail to align with my preferences—ensuring a stay that feels not only luxurious, but genuinely personalized. The reception team operates with seamless coordination and attentiveness, extending their welcome even to the main gate, while the butler service reflects the heritage of the St. Regis brand—intuitive, discreet, and flawlessly executed. My experience at The St. Regis Riyadh was refined and memorable in every detail. The lobby reception was warm and welcoming, and the services were well-organized, reflecting a high level of professionalism and genuine care for guests. Stella Sky Lounge is also a very elegant and शांत place, with a calm atmosphere that truly helps you relax. The coffee was delicious and beautifully presented. Thanks to the staff, Aklaneko and Dhiab, for their kind and professional service. A small note: the entrance to Stella felt a bit far, and I hope access can be made easier via the lobby elevators.
