I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Stable DC! My husband and I had the most magical evening. The fondue was out of this world—so rich and flavorful. We started with the raclette appetizer, and it was simply incredible—the cheese was perfectly melted, and the fresh ingredients were just bursting with flavor. The owner, who is from Switzerland, came by to personally greet us and share his passion for these authentic recipes. You can tell he truly cares—everyone is treated like family. We will absolutely be coming back! We visited The Stable while vacationing in D.C., and it was an incredible experience. My wife and I are big cheese and fondue lovers, and we make it a point to try different spots all over the U.S. whenever we travel. This place easily ranks as a 10/10 for us. The quality, variety, and overall experience were top-tier. Everything we tried was excellent, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing when it comes to cheese and fondue. What really stood out, though, was how accommodating they were with my allergies. I can’t have garlic or onion, and they were more than willing to work around it and keep those ingredients out of our order without any issues. That level of care made a big difference. We would absolutely come back—and honestly, we’d even plan another trip to D.C. just to eat here again. A+ all around. Keep it up!
