Got to cool springs galleria mall before the shop got open so I decided to check everything out. Found Stacked Express in the food court, gave it a look and decided to order. Ordered the sweet potato pancakes with over medium eggs and turkey sausage, then a side of the "house hashbrowns". The pancakes were amazing with a nice cinnamon cream drizzle with cinnamon syrup. Cook was friendly and did great job, eggs were cooked perfectly and the turkey sausage was quality, you could tell. I did like the hashbrowns but the did lack great flavor and was little over priced for the portion received. Everyone was friendly, I would definitely hit it up again when in town.
