Our matcha is of very good quality (Sirocco) and we make every effort to prepare it correctly. In your case, unfortunately the powder was not used correctly. stirred in too briefly and therefore did not homogenize with the milk. We take your feedback very seriously and will once again sensitize and train our employees on how to prepare matcha lattes. You can preferably give us such feedback directly on site or via email.
