Try perfectly cooked crème brûlée and good French toasts. Delicious French coffee is worth trying here. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. This cafe is notable for its terrific service. It's a nice place with the exotic atmosphere. Google gives it 4.9 so you can select Standard Bread Haeundae to have a good time here.

This is my favorite bakery in South Korea. Generous size bagels come neatly sliced with a surprise inside, a thin rim of soft butter with a light amount of garlic. Their spreads are also amazing, such as cream cheese with dill and biit size pieces of creamy avocado equally mixed in or chunky, crushed strawberry jam. Most options are self-select from the bakery but they offer a variety of cooked brunch options from french toast to soup or egg based dishes, all looking generous and . The environment is very peaceful both inside and out including an inside bridge with water features. I had an iced Busan Spanner Black drink which came with a drinkable lid that maintained the froth and flavor and was accompanied by a tasty cookie in the shape of their toast logo. I joyfully reordered it the next morning along with a croissant roll, pre-spread with the perfect allocation of butter inside. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the moment you enter the door. Highly recommend Standard Bread for breakfast, brunch, snack, or midday treat. This place is a complete mess. I came two days in a row, first day I only got bread and their bread is actually really good. The second day I decided to get their brunch. They told me it was a 40 minute wait (at 10AM) and so I said ok. Only when the food came out, it was incredibly disappointing. I got their Eggs in Hell and Yellow Cheese French Toast. The eggs were so hard I could only pierce it with a knife, and this has got to be the only bread store that doesn’t give a slice of bread with their eggs in hell. The meatballs were clearly frozen. The sauce was pretty standard but I was severely underwhelmed especially with a 40 minute wait. Do not get the yellow cheese french toast, the sauce is sweet and tastes like flour. They somehow out did American cheese in a can. On top of it - this is a bakery, and they were out of all of their breads by 10.20. The counter was often unmanned which led to long lines. The atmosphere is awesome and the decoration is stunning! The food is very tasty, we ordered a chocolate bread and it was filled with chocolate! The place is perfect for chilling, the music is calm - easy to talk, and service is fast and warmhearted.
