I had a wonderful experience at Trattoria Stano. The Orecchiette alla Murgiana was a super dish - a unique and delicious choice that I'd highly recommend. 1st time in my life that I had donkey meat and I am still thinking about it almost a month later. The food was delicious. Their bathroom is really hidden behind a plant, it's really funny.
