I ordered a bag of crisps and Lisa (landlady) offered me a couple of slices of buttered bread so I could make a crisp sarnie cause I’m a VIP (very important pig)

The Star Inn is a traditional two roomed pub. There is a good selection of beers, lager and cider, including cask-conditioned hand-pulled real ale which was in perfect condition when i called in. There is a pool table and televisions for watching sport. The staff are friendly and welcoming it is a nice community pub. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
