I went around 9pm on a Friday night and was able to get a seat at the bar. John L. was the bartender that took care of me. He was super attentive and made awesome cocktails! I ordered Salmon and wild rice which was on the weekly special. PLEASE make that a permanent menu item. It was flavorful and filling. I’ll definitely be back. Salmon entree + 2 cocktails came up to $57 before tax. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Decided to check out StarBolt on account of two recommendations: a friend that recently vended during their Valentine's Day Market, and a third party marketing company that provided me credits for their food. The third party marketing turned out to be false, but Castro and Collin went above and beyond to make me whole. Especially since it wasn't their fault at all --that's real hospitality. I didn't get to explore the space as much as I wanted because they seemed in the weeds setting up for a private event but I loved the decor from what I saw in the front. Definitely going to be going back to check out more of their menu and live programming. Can't wait to see the rest of the space. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20
