Really fast baristas here. Drinks come out almost immediately. Hot food takes a little longer. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but manageable. Hard concrete floors make it very noisy inside the store. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: USD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

As a regular customer, I was quite upset by an incident that occurred today. I wanted to use the restroom before placing my usual order—intending, perhaps, to make a purchase afterward—but the staff directed me to a different location, stating that the facilities here were for employees only. Despite pointing out face-to-face that I am a regular customer, my request was unfortunately dismissed. I am not the type of person to complain about minor issues or blow small problems out of proportion. However, encountering such an inflexible attitude—completely devoid of hospitality—when faced with an urgent human need at an establishment where I am a paying, loyal customer was truly disappointing. Such behavior is entirely unbecoming of your brand. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Starbucks on 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd Do you like being racially profiled? Do you like getting your drink super late? Do you like being called a thief? If you want to check all the boxes, visit this Starbucks establishment. I occasionally come to this location and place my order online through the Starbucks app or ubereats. I place my order before leaving for work, come to pick up my drink, and go to work. Today when I came in to pick up my order, alleged “store manager” Marnie came up to me, telling me how I’ve been “stealing drinks” and “stole someone’s drink in the afternoon” and gaslit me about how 2 managers already addressed this issue with me and how I needed to cancel my order and leave. Mind you all, I work in a completely different county and I almost NEVER get Starbucks in the afternoon, especially not from this location. I tried clarifying with her multiple times, saying I always place an online order and I even showed her my order receipt and app. Yet I was told in an extremely rude and condescending way to leave. When you work at a breakfast/drink establishment, you’re supposed to start off your customers’ day in a good way, instead of calling an innocent customer a “thief”. You got what you want though, my friends and I and everybody thats willing to listen to me will never visit your establishment again. Thank you, have a good day.
