Xavier, the Starbucks employee, has a terrible attitude. He ignores you while chatting on the phone, and when he finally bothers to help, his rude demeanor makes the experience unpleasant. A little kindness would go a long way! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employee Xavier gives attitude as soon as you want to order, he says stuff under his breath, he complains while making the drinks too, he was cussing as well and also threw half the drink was supposed to give us. He just doesn’t make the experience pleasant. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
