Our family has gone to Starbucks locations once or twice a day for years, and this one is the literal best one I've had the honor of patronizing. Great customer service, quickly readied orders, friendly staff that'll personalize your order as a regular. Overall, they deserve better than 5/5. Couldn't recommend them more! Absolute worst Starbucks around. Coffee tastes terrible everytime. Order is never right and when they “fix” it it’s still wrong. Save your money Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I come here there’s an issue with at least one thing. This time they said they charge an extra $ for just a little bit more lemonade in the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher with light ice. This was never a thing. They either make it with too much Lemonade or too much juice every time so I ask for it with equal parts but just a little bit more lemonade. Just to be shot down. I use to work at a Starbucks and the only up charge for those drinks is if there’s no ice and more base not lemonade. Not for light ice. A location back home used to be the only store to charge people for extra for their drink with light ice. So I stopped going there. Anywho I’m not going to alliance anymore. I have way better experiences at the one in canton on cleveland ave. Don’t go to the alliance location unless you want to get ripped off for every up charge and have your drink messed up. Oh and by the way, I checked my app before getting to the window and added the extra lemonade to my app drink, it was the same price $6.25 for a Trenta. As I’ve been ordering this drink for years so I would know the taste difference and price difference , especially because I worked there for 2 years.
