This yesterday morning my sister went through the drive-thru and ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with extra caramel syrup and extra whipped cream. Her drink was made correctly — plenty of caramel, plenty of whip, and overall exactly what she paid for. The morning shift did an amazing job. When I went through the same drive-thru around 8 PM and ordered the exact same drink with the same customizations, the result was completely different. My drink had minimal caramel, barely any whipped cream, and looked rushed and poorly made. This location closes at 9pm, and it was obvious the night shift was already mentally “closed” and cutting corners. There were no cars in line, so there is no excuse for the lack of effort. Customers who pay the same price should receive the same quality, regardless of the time of day. This kind of inconsistency should not be happening, especially with paid customizations. The morning shift clearly puts in the effort; the night shift needs to match that standard instead of rushing orders and it wasn’t even close to closing either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
