Great Starbucks located outside of the outlet shops. I placed a pick up order since I know parking here is rough and they were super quick! Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

When down for a work conference and we were out shopping at the outlets. We stop in for a drink while waiting for our order a door was open and we thought it was a public bathroom . I went in to use the bathroom and heard the employee yelling and saying she was disgusted because a “ customer” used the bathroom . The other employees making the orders continuously apologized for her actions.The other employee took ownership for leaving the door open which made it seem like a public bathroom. The employee then walk out in a rushing matter with a rag in hand while I am still waiting for my order to clean the bathroom as of it was contaminated because I use it. It’s a shame that an employee would make a customer feel so dehumanized for using a “employee bathroom” which in the end is a public bathroom used by her coworkers and well the place is not her home. As a Director and supervisor of various employees , I would advise management to train staff better and to ensure employees have compassion. I would also suggest for employees to watch what they say in front of customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
