This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The barista, an African American male was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I arrived at the window, he rudely told me to go to the next one right after I paid, even though I was on a call. When I asked him to make sure, he repeated it again, which my friend also overheard over the phone. It turned out he was playing around and was laughing in the back with his coworkers, as if it was funny to waste someone’s time even though I wasn’t in a rush, I think it’s completely unprofessional and not funny at all. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location as long as he’s there, which is inconvenient because it’s the closest to my new apartment. I really hope someone from corporate looks into this and takes action. So that I can continue to come here instead of going to another one that’s over three miles away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place seems primarily like a drive thru stop. A bit tough to turn between buildings with Larger trucks. Foam is off and not a true latte. Drink feels light in weight. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I ordered a white chocolate mocha Venti today morning not a cappuccino with foam and they serve 3/4 of the cup and charges the full price. This is stealing. They don’t know difference between a mocha and cappuccino Price per person: $1–10
