Stick to the drive thru. Individual inside won’t call out your name when drink lands on pick up counter LOL

On march 17th I woke up earlier and headed to Starbucks and got my drink around 5:30am. Later when I was almost done with my drink I found a hair in it. Then another hair in my bagel! Since I was taking care of family in the hospital I couldn’t go back till the next day so march 18th around 5:30pm I went in and the lady in the black apron who was very sweet and understanding but another women who wasn’t. She was instructed to make my drink and when my drink was rung up she let it sit there on the ticket thing for 5 minutes while she restocked everything else. Then she made half my drink and after that she stopped again to restock for another 5 maybe even 10 minutes!! Then when my drink was finally ready she gave it to me in a very unhappy manner. Mind you there was no rush and no one else there. I’m very unhappy with how the situation went and will be trying to avoid this Starbucks on my way to the hospital or anywhere in lake way! I felt very unwelcome by this women’s attitude towards me. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited on a weekend ,online orders accepted. Located on the Highway 71 close to Bee cave. Open until 9pm. Friendly staff,helpful service. Have a nice cafe while in here Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
