They are slowwwwwww I usually order through the app literally waited 20 min for two drinks.. they have two people making drinks. Do better Starbucks!!! This is why I’ve been going to McDonald’s for my iced caramel macchiato.. cheaper and faster! Niko needs a raise or should be the boss.. he was literally the only one with some pep in his step. Idk if he was on break or just started his shift he literally got three orders out in less than 5 min still waiting as I type this!!

I’ve been a Starbucks customer for years. I have never had such weird and micro aggressive service from any location besides this one. I got this drink made before at a Target Stores Starbucks location (shoutout to them ) but THIS location 14028 Research Blvd across from H-E-B made it completely wrong both times even after being shown a picture and description on Pinterest. Such a waste of time, money and experience. I won’t be back to this location. Not worth the headache. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
