Normally don't do reviews however your phone is still not working I paid 20 bucks online for a frappe and it's wrong again!!!!! I order 3-4x a week and it's always wrong at this point I'm just throwing money away my frappe was running like water I'm utterly disgusted and pretty pissed off!

I just don’t get it. I preorder my drink every day. It’s the same order 9 out of 10 times. Almost every time it’s wrong. I waited for 10 minutes this morning for a drink I ordered 15 minutes before I got to the store and it was wrong. I have no idea what this drink is but you guys need to get it together. I never say anything but I’m tired of spending $10-$14 a drink for it to be wrong EVERY time. Take some pride in your work. And don’t bother going in on a Tuesday morning. Every week it’s the most miserable group. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

My wife ordered a vinty cappuccino for her birthday and it was literally a third of a cup.. she paid 6 dollars for a third of a venti..... Bravo Starbucks, cooperate theft at it's best and during an economy like ours now, and she decided to spend our hard earned money there for her birthday, we won't be coming back. We would come at least 10 times a month. Enjoy the 6 dollars. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
