The waiter was so nice!! I asked him if the vegan chocolate powder was vegan and he took the package out to check the ingredients! He was very patient and sweet about it, I had a great time! Price per person: CHF 1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The store cancelled my Too Good To Go order two times in a row. On both instances, I was supposed to pick up my order at 19:30. Yesterday (25.01.2025), they cancelled at 17:49. But today, they cancelled at 19:26. Less than 5 minutes before I'm supposed to pick it up. I think this is unfair treatment from your store. And it is damaging to Starbucks and Too Good To Go's reputation. This cancellation actually goes against your company goals of food waste and CO2 emission reduction because I had to travel to the store for nothing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
