I went to the drive thru and ordered 3 Trenta blended drinks around 11am today 8/6/26. After waiting a reasonable amount of time at the window the young lady brought out 3 incorrect drinks. She told me to go around and park at the handicap spot to wait for my drinks. I said ok then she said she's sorry and that she will give away those incorrect drinks. I parked and decided to go inside. As I waited, I asked her if I can try one of those incorrect drinks. She said "sure,I gotchu". After 15 minutes of waiting for my drinks she handed them to me and I inquired about having one of those drinks that she stated she will give away. She then said they are not giving away samples. To bring me the wrong drinks then make me have to wait more time and tell me I will get a free drink and then to suddenly deny or decline her words is a customer service issue that needs to be addressed. Yet another Starbucks with outrageously priced products. My grandson likes their drinks; what could I do. Long line of cars for people too lazy to get out and walk a few feet. We were not lazy. Six people behind the counter but only one tending to the non-lazy, so we had to wait. My grandson loved his drink. Clean store. Well spaced seating. It was okay. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

If I could put zero stars I would. I don’t get what’s the point with using the mobile app to order ahead with this place. There’s no difference than going to the store and ordering from the counter. The baristas are just walking around doing nothing while orders are coming in, taking their sweet time, working with zero sense of urgency. It used to be a good, convenient spot to stop it, but that obviously went to hell a while back, because your employees are awful. Then the drinks themselves to come out right. I’m paying for my specific drink with specific customizations, but the last three visits required me to have them remake my drink because it wasn’t done right. It used to be a consistent experience, where my drink was correct each time, but it’s clearly no longer important. What is the manager doing? How do you run a store with this level of indifference to the customer experience. Do better. Do it sooner than later. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
