Not a normal Starbucks experience, staff was cold and took a while to even acknowledge I was standing at the counter. When I did get noticed they had no idea what was available on the menu. Got my drink in a normal amount of time. Never called my name when my order was complete. Poor service overall. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

My drink was not made correctly, nor was my husband's drink. I asked for a double cup and they didn't. I also could not redeem my stars either. This is a super slow service faux SB inside an Ingels. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: Non dairy alternatives offered

We did not order food, just two drinks. So many online orders took priority that the two baristas couldn’t keep up. This is a regular occurrence at this location and I keep giving it another try. But I think today was the last. I understand demand is great for business, but to be so backed up that no one can move through the crowd to pick up their drink when it’s calledis a little more than any customer wants to handle. If this store consistently cannot meet demands in a timely manner it should not offer the full menu and/or should not be in operation. Maybe don’t offer online for this location? Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
