online ordering is inaccurate. Check your receipts! They charged me for something not purcharsed this morning and starbucks is QUICK to pass the buck and say it's not their fault; THey hire baristas based on looks because they newest couldn't be dumber. Will never go back to Corporate!!

For the past few months this place has been not up the usual Starbucks standards. Drink orders have been correct 30% of the time and the staff has been rude, unfriendly, and simply do not want to work or keep customers. It's just so sad because this used to be one of the most dependable Starbucks. Starbucks on O'neal is doing the right things. Be like Starbucks on O'neal.
