In a time where exceptional customer service can sometimes feel rare, Joy exemplifies exactly what it should look like. Since I have quit Aberdeen's (poor service) Starbucks, I have adopted James' Run. I order 5 mins ahead, given a 7-11 min wait time, and it still comes out early. Aberdeen, ever heard of "benchmark", or Situational Awareness? Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
