Not only was online ordering turned off, but Chelsea/Elizabeth (name tag said Chelsea, receipt says Elizabeth) proceeded to make the drinks for the 2 customers in line behind me first. One of the people behind me had 4 drinks and she made theirs first. She was telling the customer before me that she turned online ordering off because her boss doesn't order what they need and supposedly they were out of too many things, as if she couldn't just mark certain things as unavailable in the app Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Props to the solo barista who was working - They had their hands full and did the best they could. Safeway, much more expensive than a 'real' Starbucks, should consider lending their employees more help on a shift. Solo multi-tasking sacrifices overall quality and food-safety practices. The surrounding area was a mess - Lots of cross-contamination potential within the shop, and especially in the surrounding area.
