I stopped here to grab a quick drink and as a normal human being i had to use the restroom. I was baffled to see i had to pay first then i have the privilege of using the bathroom. Absolutely crazy. I had to wait over 10 mins for my drink while the barista was distracted by his coworkers Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a customized iced coffee in a Venti cup with EXTRA ube foam, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The cup was only half full, and the amount of foam was nowhere near what I paid for, just a thin layer instead of “extra.” This is not a small mistake; it shows a lack of attention and care in fulfilling a simple order. The code entry for the bathroom is a bad idea. My wife accidentally walked in on a lady in the women's room that said she had locked the door. A lady accidentally walked in on me in the men's room and I know I hit the lock button after I got in there. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
