I Encountered what I can only assume is a manager while waiting on an uber order for a customer. Waiting for 15 mins I kindly asked how much longer, her response. “I don’t know how long it will be, when it’s done, it’s done and I will put it on the counter” not let me check. Not I am sorry we are very busy.. nothing. Is this how you speak to other employees? Or is it just because it’s uber eats? P.s. uber east’s is still your customer sweetheart. Get a clue. Service: 1
