I ordered a Venti hot caramel macchiato via the app and they made it iced. I pushed it forward with my hands and told them it should be hot. She says no problem. She’s gonna remake it. Took the ice away remade the hot and dumped the ice out right in front of me, Every other Starbucks I’ve goneto, which is a lot when you have over 5000 stars has always asked if I would like the iced as well. Nope she came over and grabbed it turned around and dumped it right down the sink. Talk about wasting money! Just in case I clicked on the wrong one this is for Harris Teeter in Boone, North Carolina Price per person: USD 1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
