Had a pretty interesting experience at this Starbucks, I went in to get a Venti ice water and they told me I had to make a purchase to receive ice water. I said I would pay for a Venti ice water. They said unfortunately we don’t have a button for ice water and they said our policy is you have to buy something? I said well that’s weird because it must only be for this location because I am constantly going into Starbucks and getting ice water because I don’t drink coffee. He said actually it’s a company wide policy and if the other people aren’t following the rules that’s on them. So either he’s lying about it being a companywide policy or he’s not either way he should’ve gave me my ice water. If this is a companywide policy, Starbucks usually reconsider this policy or just put a damn ice water button on the purchase menu Meal type: Breakfast Service: 1

The worst Starbucks in the area. I’ve tried to give it a chance since it’s close to my house, but they always disappoint me. The drinks don’t taste good, and if you order a drink in a certain size, they don’t even fill the cup.

Starbucks is overrated. I had to wait a while for a hot chocolate. The automatic machine at my hotel had free hot chocolate 10 times better than here. How are you guys still even popular? Try harder Price per person: $1–10 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
