I visit this location often and the staff are generally very kind. However, I have a disappointing experience . I purchase a coffee and step outside to drink it, as I prefer not to sit inside. When I come back less than an hour later for a refill, the manager (Carl) tells me I had to pay full price because I had consumed my coffee outside. I get coffee here most days, and this interaction didn’t feel consistent with the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks. I hope management can clarify the policy and ensure customers are treated with more flexibility and understanding in the future.

⸻ Starbucks delivery truck blocked my car and the driver was extremely rude Today my car was parked at the entrance when a Starbucks delivery truck blocked me in while unloading. I was completely unable to back out. I tried to politely communicate with the driver, but instead of helping, he unreasonably told me I “have to wait all day long” for him to finish. He refused to move the truck even slightly to allow me to leave. I was forced to slowly back out inch by inch on my own, which was extremely stressful and unsafe. While I was doing this, the driver sarcastically claimed he was “helping me reverse,” which is absurd — if he wanted to help, he should have moved his own truck instead of blocking me. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Blocking someone’s vehicle and refusing to cooperate is unacceptable, and mocking someone afterward is completely inappropriate. Starbucks should seriously look into the conduct of their delivery contractors, because this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the brand. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
