The disorganisation of the staff serving the food was so surprising given this is John Lewis. They had run out of cutlery at the tills. Rather than replenish the cutlery their suggestion was to find some at another section. The food and atmosphere was lovely Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Appalling service. 1pm on a Sunday, so nowhere near closing time. Kids lunch box section really empty and so I went to ask someone ‘venecia’? If more sandwiches etc were coming out and before I could finish my sentence, she very rudely and abruptly snapped at me to say they had sold out. She was so rude, my 8 year old daughter asked why she spoke to me like that. Turned around to go to the other counter, to order my daughter a side of chips instead and even the staff there completely ignored the fact I was standing to be served. Until I had to ask them to serve me. Honestly..the complete opposite of what you expect from John Lewis!! Really shocked me Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Yet again we keep coming to John Lewis hoping it will change how on earth do you run out of soup surely if there is only a few portions left you put some more on, only one portion of chicken BBQ left ended up eating Luke warm chips, same rolls every time perhaps the kitchen manager needs replacing Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
