Second time in a row my mocha had no mocha in it. The first time they refused to just put a few squints of mocha in it or a little cup so I could be on my way, thus wasting both the drink and my time. This time, they refused to touch the drink for 'food safely reasons' after I opened the lid to stir it and make sure it just wasn't all at the bottom. They somehow expected me to deal with it, which I refused to do. Whoever manages this place needs some training. What a waste of time (both times) along with writing this review to try to warn others to avoid this location. How far Starbucks has fallen from the early days when I went to locations all over Seattle in the early days. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The customer service here was SO GOOD!!! I went to a different Starbucks today for the new matcha loaf, but they were out so I just got my coffee & then headed to the Villa Maria Starbucks for the loaf (I know- big back of me). Once I got to the villa maria store, I realized my coffee hadn't been made right at the other location, so I asked them if I could just have a side of cold foam to add in myself, and this location said they'd instead completely remake the drink for free, even though the mistake hadn't been their fault. I was so blown away by this! They were genuinely so happy to do it despite me not even asking them to, and the drink was amazing! I mean look at the photo! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
