I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks in the UK and US and you don’t find many like this (in a bad way). Toilets were a mess and I ordered a pastry but was not asked if I wanted it warmed. One of the benefits of a big chain is supposed to be consistency and I’m surprised to have such an experience here.

Took 15 minutes fraffing around to make one drink, after which the hot food was cold. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch
