Honestly, like a lot of people here said — the staff were pretty rude. We got told to leave just because we had takeaway cups. When ordering, they only asked “for here or to go,” and I picked takeaway since we had to catch a train soon. Nothing was clearly explained, and the whole thing just felt unnecessary and unfriendly. Stay away. Service: 1

The service was disappointing. The lady at the counter informed us—quite abruptly—that takeaway orders were not allowed to be consumed inside the store. This was not clearly communicated beforehand, and the manner in which it was conveyed felt unfriendly and unhelpful. For a Starbucks outlet, where customers usually expect a welcoming and customer-oriented experience, this interaction was below standard and left us feeling unwelcome.
